Derived from surfing, Stand Up Paddle consists of standing on a long board, advancing using a specific paddle This sport has, since its invention in Hawaii in the 1960s, many followers around the world and has become a must for skiing.Available to all, enjoy the calm and pleasant setting of the lake to go around it at the pace you want: ride for some, race for others. Relaxation, skiing and fun will be on the agenda - I pay for the activity at reception / or I show my pre-paid online reservation. - I collect the bracelet giving me access to the activity for a period of 1 hour. - I then go to the equipment area = compulsory passage before entering the activity. There, on presentation of my bracelet to the staff present, I collect the compulsory vest as well as the Paddle and the paddle - I wait for the green light to go to the water and take note of the safety instructions given by the staff present on the equipment area - The green light is given, I get into the water and sail inside the area reserved for this purpose and delimited by the water lines - When my session is over I follow the instructions staff for getting out of the water while storing my closed vest on a hanger!
