From 07/11/2021 07:00 to 07/11/2021 19:00

For this 15th edition of the Transat Jacques Vabre, the skippers starting from Le Havre will have to cross the Channel then the Golf du Gascogne and finally the Atlantic Ocean in order to reach Martinique .

Once Cape Finisterre has been crossed, you will have to descend to catch the trade winds. And it is there, in the south of the Canaries, that the three courses are separated : The Multi50, The Class40 and the course of the Ultimes. The classes will have different routes and different distances to run on the water, in order to reach Fort-de-France.

The start of the race will be on November 7, 2021 in the Paul Vatine basin in Le Havre and the finish is scheduled in the bay of Fort-de-France in Martinique.

This race is co-organized by Jaques Vabre in honor of the City which was the first coffee port in France. But this race also has for mission to make the link between France and the coffee grounds, such as Colombia, Costa Rica or Brazil.

Many skippers are expected for this race such as Armel Le Cléac'h and Kevin Escoffier or Yannick Bestaven, winner of this year's Vendée Globe!
